This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of payroll processes. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to maintain compliance with payroll regulations and ensure a seamless payroll function. Key Responsibilities Process payroll efficiently for employees, ensuring accuracy in salary payments, bonuses, deductions, and overtime. Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and implement necessary adjustments. Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes. Generate payroll reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality when handling payroll data and employee information. Preferred Qualifications & Skills At least 2 years of experience in a payroll-related role. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including tax regulations and deductions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is advantageous). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
