IBA Liaison Associate Liverpool (St Giles Office)
Were looking for someone with insurance or accounts experience to join our Operations team. In this role, youll help manage accounting tasks and support communication between our finance team and other departments. Youll also help make sure client money is handled correctly under CASS 5 rules.
What youll do:
* Answer queries by phone and email
* Reconcile data between Acturis and Circus systems
* Help with cash allocations
* Support with various finance-related tasks as needed
* Work with colleagues across different departments and systems
What were looking for:
* Background in insurance or finance
* Confident using Excel
* Good communication and organisation skills
* Able to work independently and with others
* Experience with Direct Debits or Acturis is a plus
