We are working with a leading engineering services business that is seeking a Junior Civil Site Engineer to support the operations.
The successful candidate will monitor site performance, ensuring commercial targets are met while upholding safety, reliability, and sustainability standards.
Play a key role in performance monitoring, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct monthly surveys and reporting while offering practical problem-solving solutions.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of site progress, aligning performance with client expectations.
Assist in business planning through accurate forecasting and operational monitoring.
Maintain all necessary records for regulatory and legal compliance, ensuring audit readiness.
Accurate setting out and production of daily, weekly, and monthly surveys
Forecasts for planning future work on-site and business planning purposes
Identification and formalisation of contract variations
Production of designs balancing client needs with commercial and engineering objectives
Proactive record-keeping for compliance and regulatory requirements
Experience of design, setting out and reporting of civil engineering or mining and quarrying projects.
Sound knowledge of engineering methods and health and safety regulations.
Educated to degree/HNC level or equivalent with qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar.
Conversant in modern surveying systems and equipment.
Full UK Driving licence.
