As a Community Care Assistant, you'll be helping customers with daily living tasks in the comfort of their own homes, providing vital support to improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe and compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs. Respect customers’ dignity, ensuring care is provided with informed consent. Report any changes in a customer’s condition to the line manager. Maintain confidentiality of personal and medical information. Assist with personal care, medication, meals, housework, and other daily activities. Encourage and engage customers in physical, mental, and social activities. Record all care provided and any changes or emergencies. Role Requirements: Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to anti-discriminatory care. Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially in emergencies. Willing to undergo full training and ongoing professional development. Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not necessary; full training is provided. Experience caring for a family member or friend is beneficial. Relevant care or health qualifications and knowledge of safeguarding procedures are advantageous. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £14.00.
