We are looking for an HR and Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of HR administrative tasks, payroll and finance duties, invoicing, and other office administrative functions.
About the role
* HR admin tasks, payroll, and finance duties
* Invoicing and office admin tasks
* Diary management, minute taking, and drafting follow-up actions
* Updating and maintaining records and registers
* Drafting reports and assisting in recruitment processes
* Supporting the health and social care team in administrative tasks related to the care and support of young, vulnerable people
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
* Coordinating training and development programs for staff
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Providing administrative support for case management and care planning activities
* Liaising with external agencies and partners as assigned
Requirements
* Good computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
* Studying towards and/or part-qualified CIPD or other finance qualifications would be an added advantage, but not required
* Skills and knowledge in HR and finance roles are an added advantage, but not required
* Understanding of the health and social care sector and the needs of young vulnerable people would be an added advantage, but is not required
