We specialize in crafting narrative-driven, free-roam VR experiences that captivate audiences, partnering with cultural heritage institutions, experience design studios, and private venue operators. As we scale our proprietary IP and bespoke solutions, we are looking for a Technical Artist to bridge the gap between art and technology, ensuring our immersive experiences are both visually stunning and technically optimized.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless performance, interactivity, and high visual fidelity across multiple VR platforms, primarily in Unity.
Core Requirements:
1. A good understanding of rendering pipelines (understand how an object is rendered)
2. A good understanding of art pipelines (understand the needs of artists)
3. Experience creating “next-gen” 3D assets from concept to in-game asset
4. Good understanding of asset optimisation for mobile / VR pipeline
5. Basic coding knowledge (C++ or C#)
6. Ability to write shaders, either using a node-based editor or code (hlsl, glsl, cg)
Bonus Skills
1. Experience with lighting, post-processing, and VFX for immersive environments.
2. Knowledge of PBR workflows and texture optimization (Substance Painter, Photoshop).
3. Experience working with version control systems (Git, Perforce).
