Description We currently have a Countryside Operative (3) vacancy in our CORMAC Landscape and Environment team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to be part of our operational team who maintain Cornwall Council’s Countryside & Public Rights of Way asset and contribute to a growing and ambitious programme of works across Cornwall and the wider Southwest. About you As an operative, with an existing background in a range of outdoor landscape & Countryside skills and the environment or similar This work covers all aspects of countryside access management on Public Right of Way and multi-use trails to include; path, boardwalk, bridge construction, fencing, surfacing, brush-cutting the South West Coastal Path and habitat management & creation. You will be expected to participate in a wide range of activities from routine maintenance to bespoke projects. The role require a full driving license, demand physical resilience and the desire to form part of a hardworking and successful team. Remuneration will depend upon the degree of skill, knowledge and experience and will be discussed on an individual basis with successful candidates.
