Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with a manufacturing company and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Start Date: 3rd March 2025
Hours: Mon - Sun - 39.5 hours per week - on a rota basis
* 8:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
* 8am - 3pm (Saturdays)
* 8am -12pm (Sundays)
What duties would you be doing within the Customer Service Advisor role?
* You will be dealing with customers who contact the client via telephone, email, or live chat.
* Using your customer service skills, you will provide an effortless customer journey and experience
* You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure all telephone calls are answered within our service level agreement, booking utilising the Salesforce platform.
* Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
* Work closely with customers to keep them informed
* Ensure compliance with all regulations.
What will you bring to the Customer Service Advisor role?
* At least 1-2 year's previous customer service experience is essential.
* Solid recent work history within customer service
* At least 1 year's previous customer service in a call centre is desirable.
