Here at Aztec UK we supply the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Europe with a wide range of Master Flash roof and pipe flashings, as well as powder coated fixings. Due to heavy workload, we are looking to employ a new Office Administrator for our office.

Salary: up to 23,000 GBP/year
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Managing the reception area and welcoming any guests.
* Answering the phone lines: taking and transferring calls, helping customers with basic enquiries, order taking and checking.
* Answering emails in the sales account about basic enquiries and orders - training about the product(s) will be offered on the job so that simple questions can be answered.
* Paperwork for two sides of the business to ensure the smooth running of orders leaving the warehouse.
* Simple data entry tasks such as pricing and inputting invoices and filing paperwork.
* Taking part in the project of opening an online shop and computer systems’ move.
* Simple warehouse tasks will need to be performed in busy periods – i.e., traying up and making fixing kits.
* Order picking based on sales orders.
Extra info:
* It is an office in a warehouse environment so steel-toe boots will need to be worn every day (these will be provided by Aztec).
* Branded t-shirts and jacket will also be provided.
* 28 days holiday yearly.

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

* General education required or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
* Must be willing to take part in required initial training.
* Willingness to become familiar with the products and services of the company.
