Job Overview:
Support administration of HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best-in-class HR services, products and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support administration of assigned HR service-related activities with guidance from others.
2. Maintaining the HR systems with accurate and up-to-date employee information, ensuring confidential information is stored in compliance with GDPR legislation.
3. Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery.
4. Check for any issues/ errors during service delivery and highlight to Supervisor for action and rectification.
5. Maintain required data for HR service delivery e.g. enter employee data into computerized systems.
6. Scope of HR Administration/Shared Services includes HR Services, Administration and Non HR Services.
7. Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines.
