University Hospitals Dorset Foundation Trust is currently seeking to appoint 3 x Trust Clinical Fellow, (MT04) in Trauma and Orthopaedics.
Applicants are invited to apply for the post of Trust Clinical Fellow which is offered on a permanent basis. The successful candidate must have GMC recognised Medical degree and experience in Trauma & Orthopaedics.
The applicant should be able to work flexibly and to act on own initiative and to support junior staff members.
In order to deliver this level of service applicants should have proven experience of on call and ward cover.
The department currently has 22 Consultant surgeons, 12 are Trauma Consultants who provide emergency on call services for the Trust. T
The position is working at Trust Clinical Fellow level as part of the general on-call rota and depending on area of interest the applicant could be offered the potential to spend time working and training with the consultants in elective operations and surgical clinics.
