We are growing and are currently seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Bromley office.
You will be provided with the training needed to become successful in the recruitment industry.
Apprentice Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
1. Reporting to the Senior Consultant.
2. We will train you to help in finding candidates in their next role and help clients find the perfect candidate.
3. This will involve speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews, etc.
4. Update details of existing candidates.
5. Search internal & external computer database for suitable candidates.
6. Match candidates to suitable live vacancies.
7. Source suitable candidates for live vacancies.
8. Calling/Creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies.
9. Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants.
10. Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission.
11. Preparing and issuing documentation.
Apprentice Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

3. Excellent communication skills.
