The Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and help us find, assess and hire the skills that will enable us to achieve our company goals. You'll be hands-on with implementing our recruitment strategy and own end-to-end recruitment processes, creating exceptional candidate experiences and showcasing great stakeholder management skills.
The role suits someone with initial experience owning full-lifecycle recruitment in an agency, RPO or in-house setup, and will see you initially focussed on technical recruiting for our London office as we embark on an important growth period in 2025.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and design interview processes
2. Source and screen talent from various channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, x-ray search
3. Effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations
4. Talent pool and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
5. Input data into our applicant tracking system (ATS) with great data hygiene principles
6. Contribute to wider HR-team initiatives focussed on improving the employee experience
Requirements
Main Skills/Competencies:
1. Previous experience of end-to-end recruitment either through an agency, RPO or in-house
2. Good knowledge of technical recruiting, e.g. software engineering, infrastructure or data science
3. Experience with Boolean search through LinkedIn Recruiter or similar
4. Exceptional candidate management skills from initial screening to offer negotiation and close
5. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
