Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with additional needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver interventions that support learning and personal development. Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Build positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement and confidence. Support students both in-class and during one-to-one or small group sessions. Monitor and report on student progress, working closely with the SENCO and other support staff. Requirements: Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is essential. A strong and supportive personality, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
