We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Worker to join our friendly and caring Christian school. If you want to ‘create a better future’ for children every working day, this is an ideal position for someone who is a team player, has a positive attitude and understands the importance of providing a safe learning environment.
The Purpose of the role:
To assist with the provision of pastoral care and support pupils for their mental and physical welfare, encouraging positive attitudes and behaviour around school. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.
