Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SaaS Project Manager to join our growing team. As the head of the delivery team, you will be responsible for successful onboarding clients, including complex API integration projects, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
You will lead a team of Project Managers, Solutions Consultants, and Onboarding Consultants to ensure an orderly, smooth, and high-satisfaction transition from sale to BAU.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer support to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet our customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Own, develop and maintain the Policy & Procedure of the client onboarding journey.
* Manage the Delivery Team to maximize resources and achieve ongoing development/team capability.
* Ensure Project Documentation is produced in accordance with company standards.
* Maintain project delivery plans and ensure any changes to timeframes are communicated clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation through to transition to BAU.
* Organize, facilitate, and run regular project meetings with Delivery Team and key client stakeholders.
* Actively monitor and update RAID logs.
* Actively resolve project issues and escalate to senior management where required.
* Provide regular internal reports for all active projects.
* Proactively assess and improve internal project management processes and documentation.
* Actively participate in the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* At least 3 years of experience managing client-facing teams.
* At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally including a role within the FinTech/SaaS industry.
* Strong understanding of SaaS products and ecosystems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects/clients.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with and inspire cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and manage complex projects.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
