We are looking for an experienced and people-focused professional to join us as a Senior HR Advisor.
About you
We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to join our HR team as a Senior HR Advisor. This is a full time position but part time working may be considered; the working pattern can be discussed at interview.

This will include advice on complex casework, together with the ability to effectively interpret and apply policies and procedures, including recruitment. There will also be a variety of project work. You will need to be able to constructively challenge, persuade and influence managers to act and make decisions in accordance with policy and employment practice in order to minimise potential ET claims.
