Job summary Job summary Responsible for delivery of general practice nursing to whole practice population working within own profession boundary. Delivering evidence based practice for patients presenting with children for baby immunisations and women for Cytology screening. Working within protocols and guidelines but will frequently work autonomously providing care from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatments and evaluation of care.
