M&E Compliance Coordinator

The role
A Housing Association currently requires and experienced compliance coordinator / administrator, with a focus on electrical contracts.
You will be responsible for:
Handling reactive repairs, compliance work, and managing reactive programs to ensure everything remains compliant.
The role also involves working closely with the asset teams on fire alarms and collaborating with the building safety team.
Managing contractor payments and leading key meetings, ensure works are completed to correct SLA's
Key Skills and experience:
Ideally, you should have worked with other housing associations or Local government social housing, particularly on contracts involving fire components, fire alarms, and electrical safety testing.
Experience in the housing or local government social housing sector is essential, especially managing contractors, overseeing key KPIs, and ensuring compliance.
