Job Purpose Summary:
To grow and develop Staffs Fitness Ltd. Online sales, achieving commercial and customer satisfaction targets in line with the company business strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Manage 5 click-to-buy website sales channels ensuring efficient operation to provide a positive customer experience and maximize sales revenue.
2. Oversee online sales channels including E Bay, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace.
3. Manage retail sales processed outside of online platforms.
4. Create and manage a process for capturing and recording new customer orders for further sales development opportunities.
5. Collaborate with marketing to engage and maintain positive contact with customers through online channels.
6. Create brand awareness and new sales through effective online marketing.
7. Develop new sales by suggesting and working on new product development.
8. Position online sales platforms strongly within the marketplace with emphasis on engagement and competitive pricing.
9. Develop and implement an Online and Retail sales marketing plan.
10. Ensure achievement of Trust Pilot or similar ratings across all online platforms.
11. Monitor and manage sales targets and achievement.
12. Oversee the order processing of the department.
13. Manage the marketing budget.
14. Staff management of the Online & Retail sales team.
15. Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and manage resolution of customer issues constructively.
16. Facilitate the online sales return process with effective customer liaison.
17. Protect the company reputation by providing high standards of customer service.
18. Regularly analyze competition and adjust selling tactics as required.
19. Provide sales reporting as required by the business.
20. Perform any ad hoc duties as appropriate.
Dimensions/Scope of the Job:
1. Customer base of approximately 5,000 customers.
2. Core range of products priced between £100 - £10,000.
