The Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Delivery:
1. Ensure the successful delivery of complex programmes and projects, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
2. Ensure alignment with organisational goals and strategic outcomes, including KPIs and benefits realisation.
2. Strategic Planning:
1. Manage integrated programme plans, ensuring alignment between Tech and business roadmaps.
2. Govern critical milestones, risks, and dependencies to achieve seamless execution.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Collaborate with senior leadership teams, initiative owners, and Finance to drive programme success.
2. Deliver clear, high-impact communications on scope, timelines, budgets, and progress.
4. Governance and Reporting:
1. Facilitate programme-level governance, including steering committee and executive engagements.
2. Prepare comprehensive executive reports to support decision-making at all levels.
5. Leadership and Development:
1. Mentor and guide Programme and Project Managers, within the Change & Delivery Office, fostering a culture of excellence.
2. Champion collaboration across functions, technology, and finance to promote accountability and teamwork.
6. Change Management:
1. Partner with Supply Chain Transformation and other cross-functional teams to implement plans that support programme adoption and success.
The Person
Key Requirements
1. Solid understanding of global supply chain operations, including logistics, manufacturing, and inventory management.
2. Proficiency in programme management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Lean) and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira).
3. Knowledge of digital transformation methodologies, especially within supply chain and operations.
4. Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale transformation programmes.
5. Strong leadership skills to inspire, guide, and develop cross-functional teams.
6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation programmes within global supply chains.
8. Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, managing the demands of supply chain agility.
9. Expertise in leading cross-functional teams across geographies and functions.
10. Proven ability to manage complex projects with significant dependencies, budgets, and deadlines.
11. Strong experience in executive stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment.
