Job Description:

This is a permanent full time position with a shift pattern of Mon-Fri.
This post requires excellent communication, negotiation, organisational and IT skills along with the ability to influence and affect change. You will have an important role in delivering key elements of the GMS contract as part of the NHSGGC Pharmacy Team in East Renfrewshire HSCP.
This is an opportunity to develop your career in Primary Care working with multi-disciplinary teams, particularly GP Practices, Community Pharmacies, Care Homes, Health and Care staff and across other care settings. Experience of working in Primary Care or as part of a multi-disciplinary team is desirable.
You will participate in regular personal development and peer review sessions to ensure continued learning and will support the continued development of our pharmacy hubs.
