Responsibilities include:
1. Maintain strong relationships with workers, clients & colleagues
2. Regularly attend client sites to gauge & improve service levels
3. Maximize all opportunities within existing customers to ensure sole / preferred supplier status achieved
4. Identify and target inactive/decreased spend customers and implement activities to address
5. Generate leads to maintain a healthy pool of prospect clients
6. Identify competitor information using all resources available
7. Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts
8. Contact prospective clients to offer recruitment support
9. Conduct site visits to all new customers prior to supply
10. Obtain full and detailed temporary work orders
11. Advertise active roles through all available means
12. Actively source and qualify candidates
13. Manage clients' needs and expectations
14. Conduct full and thorough registrations, assignment inductions and appraisals with all applicants
15. Maintain high levels of compliance
