Relationship Account Manager - Contract Renewals
Overview: 100% account manager role requiring 2-4 years' experience in account management or customer account executive roles. Join a fast-paced B2B environment, Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.
Compensation: £32,500 basic salary with guaranteed £1500 commission in Q1 and year 1 OTE/Bonus structure up to £50,000. Enjoy 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and an excellent benefits package.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Pro-active account management in a dynamic office environment.
2. Grow and manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on contract renewals and upgrades.
3. Handle day-to-day queries and account executive tasks.
4. Negotiate contracts and manage objections effectively.
5. Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Deliver high-level broker care, taking ownership of sales and service queries.
7. Convert inbound sales calls and emails into new sales revenue.
8. Make proactive outbound calls to generate sales opportunities.
9. Manage tasks alongside phone calls with effective time management.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years account management experience.
2. Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record in account growth.
3. Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment.
4. Passion for well-being and providing impactful solutions.
5. Positive attitude, resilience, and strong communication skills.
