Planner Schedular
Full Time – Temporary to Permanent
Location: Coalville / Hybrid Working
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours Per Week
Basic Salary: £24,000.00 to £27,000.00 Per Annum inclusive of yearly Bonus,

Our client is a highly established and profitable company with a huge presence across the UK. They have gone from strength to strength and experienced organic growth with now having a National presence across the UK. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Planner Schedular to join their professional Planning Team as a Planner Schedular on a Full Time basis.
Planner Schedular role:
1. Plan and Schedule work for Installations across the UK via internal software and system as a Planner Schedular
2. Present documentation and paperwork undertake relevant work onsite.
3. Organise and plan diary ensuring effective diary and time management.
4. Undertake Finance and Invoicing duties for all scheduled and complete work.
5. Liaise with Clients over the telephone providing a world class customer service.
6. Follow up scheduled work ensuring relevant charges are applied as a Planner Schedular
7. Maintain internal database as a Planner Schedular
8. Liaise with internal and external stake holders in scheduling jobs.
9. Work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment
10. Maintain and book in regular service Intervals for tools and equipment.
11. Update and manage in house processes and procedures as a Planner Schedular

Planner Schedular Candidate:
21. A minimum of 2 Years plus experience as a Planner Schedular or Scheduler or Planning Administrator is ESSENTIAL for this role.
22. Background in Construction would be advantageous.
23. Highly competent of using all Microsoft office packages such as Microsoft Excel
24. Good written and verbal communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
25. Ability to remain calm within a highly pressured environment.
26. Initiative-taking and ability to work on your own initiative as a Planner Schedular
