Our fabulous Insurance client is look for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their accounts team based in stunning offices in central London, within a company that truly values their employees. You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and high performing organisation.

An accounts payable technician within the Accounts Payable team will be part of the team responsible for the processing and payment of invoices and employee expenses. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices and expense claims
* Process requisitions and turn into POs
* Set up suppliers and employees within the AP system, ensure information is kept up to date
* Set up and maintain vendor and employee bank account details
* Complete supplier statement reconciliations
* Maintain the team mailbox and deal with invoice/payment queries from suppliers
* Ensure all invoice/expenses are authorised in line with limits
* Complete weekly payment runs and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner
* Complete T&E breakdowns and paid dates
* Deal with ad hoc requests from colleagues
* Processing of journals in relation to accounts payable
* Reconciling and analysing credit card and petty cash spend
* Performing manual payments
* Control of Fixed Assets
* Maintain list of active suppliers within Oracle against the vendor management database.
* Maintaining and quarterly testing of the AP system
* Work with other members of the team in a Finance transformation project to improve all processes.
