Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications Holiday: 23 days holiday plus the 8 statutory and Sick leave is 2 weeks full pay and 2 weeks half pay and then statutory sick, on a rolling 12-month period About the role: This full-time position requires a commitment to both our team and our clients, ensuring we continue to deliver the highest standards of service and support. In this role, you will be required to work 20 Saturdays per year on a rota basis. You may also be required to attend meetings/training courses at other branches or off-site, for which all expenses will be paid. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Properties: Maximise all opportunities to generate market appraisals Focus on vendor support, management and communication Liaise with Branch Manager and/or Partner, if necessary Applicants: Applicant management through live database Meet and register potential buyers on property database Viewing: Applicant management and ring round new instructions and price reductions Arrange viewings with vendors, potential buyers and viewing staff Accompany personally where appropriate Communicate viewing feedback and constructive advice to vendors Offers: Negotiate offers with vendors and potential buyers Distribute appropriate sales documentation once sale agreed Sales Progression: Support clients, solicitors and colleagues throughout the sales process Marketing: Contribute ideas and concepts for business advertising and marketing, including social media About you: We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to strengthen our established and well-regarded sales team in Bury St Edmunds. A positive mind-set and creative thinking are our main prerequisite over industry experience, however if you have decades of knowledge in the industry that is welcome too. You will need to hold a full driving licence. Use of car essential, company/business travel expenses are paid at 45p per mile. Your car will need to be insured for business use and Bedfords will refund the difference in premiums charged, upon receipt of suitable documentation.
