This post involves working with Clinical Psychologists to support the needs of parents on the Neonatal Unit.This will entail working on developing resources for families, contributing toteaching and training on Family Integrated Care, working closely with Tiny Lives to support co-production in research, engage in service elevation from planning, design and data collection to writeup. This post will involve working across a wide MDT of professionals including neonatal physio, OT,SALT, nurses, consultants, social workers and more. There will also be opportunities to engage inresearch support activities and preparing materials for dissemination.

The successful candidate will undertake a range of both clinical and non-clinical work such as supporting and integrating family integrated care on the neonatal unit and contributing to staff training. There will also be opportunities to develop close working relationships with Tiny Lives (a charity supporting neonatal families at the Royal Victoria Infirmary) by contributing to existing projects including co-production in research and developing resources for families. There will also be opportunities to engage in service evaluation work.This post will also involve direct working with parents on unit under supervision of a Clinical Psychologist.
