* Managing end-to-end payroll processes

* Addressing payroll-related queries from staff
* Assisting in payroll-related audits
* Overseeing compliance with statutory obligations
* Developing payroll reports for internal use
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in payroll systems
* Maintaining confidentiality of payroll information
Profile
A successful Senior Payroll Advisor should have:
* End to end payroll experience is essential.
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
* Excellent knowledge of payroll software
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
