Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen in North Cumbria Children's Community Eating Disorder Service (CEDS) for a Band 7 Clinical Lead. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candidate who will be responsible for the clinical leadership of the team within the culture of continuous service improvement to ensure delivery of an excellent service to our service users. They will be responsible and accountable for the monitoring of performance and quality of the service. The post holder will be part of the Children and Young People's Leadership Team in North Cumbria and will be supported by the Senior Leaders. Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient deliver of clinical services within the Children's Eating Disorder Service in North Cumbria. They will work closely with the operational manager to offer robust leadership to the team. They will work with the team to support service development to ensure delivery of an excellent service to our service users. They will be responsible and accountable for the monitoring of performance and quality of the service.
