Provide essential administrative support to the operations team, ensuring daily service tasks are completed efficiently. Assist in end-of-process duties, acting as a final checkpoint after engineers have completed their scheduled work. Maintain and update internal systems, including uploading documents, verifying certifications, and keeping customer spreadsheets current. Manage incoming communications — phone calls and emails — from both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
