ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Ensure that each project is properly planned so that materials and resources are available
2. Set out jobs from drawings and specifications and establish the requirements of a project and necessary installation materials, ensure compliance and test systems/ Certification
3. Assist with H&S Preparation and implementation
4. Attend site visits
5. Assist with Estimating / Tendering the Electrical Elements of a Project
6. Accept responsibility for the proper completion of jobs and if required supervise other operatives as well as liaising with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers when necessary
7. Manage own workload, and that of the Electrical team and sub-contractors to ensure that client commitments are met in a fast-paced environment
8. Work weekends/Out of hours if and when required
9. Oversee and manage small project Work
10. Manage the Commissioning and Test Electrical Systems & equipment & issue relevant certification
11. Manage the Electrical team and ensure they conform to high standards
REQUIREMENTS
12. Completed a registered apprenticeship or equivalent
13. Trained to 18th Edition
14. Qualified to NVQ Level 3
15. C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing
16. SMSTS or SSSTS training
17. Full Clean Driving Licence
18. 5years Experience in a similar Role
19. Hard working and willingness to travel
20. Excellent Communication Skills
