We’re offering you a 35-hour week with shift patterns running from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. As well as no weekend working, we offer homeworking options after probation that work for you. About youWe are seeking dynamic and driven individuals, ideally with claims handling experience in either Motor or Casualty claims to join our Personal Injury Department in Bristol. You will work as part of teams responsible for managing and processing third party injury claims from when the claim is intimated to settlement. You’ll have excellent communication skills and have a proven ability and confidence to negotiate and challenge third party claims where necessary to deliver excellent outcomes for our customers. You will be proficient in using systems and software applications with appropriate training provided. Previous third party claims experience is desirable, but we are open to speaking to candidates from different areas of insurance.
