We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Engineer to provide technical assistance to our users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems, including registry settings updates.
Your responsibilities as the Desktop Engineer:
* Experience supporting WIN-7 and WIN-10 onsite and remotely.
* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting WIN-10 laptops, desktops, tablets, and HHUs.
* Extensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and software management.
* Hands-on experience with Windows and tablet device configuration and troubleshooting.
* O365 Knowledge: Working knowledge of Office 365 products and services.
* Knowledge of device security and antivirus programs.
* Remote Support: Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and guide users.
* Good customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of PowerShell Scripting.
* Experience with Windows registry changes and updates.
* Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware installation and setup.
As a successful Desktop Engineer, you will have:
* Proven experience in desktop site and remote support roles.
* Security Clearance - Active
* Extensive knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware and software management.
* Hands-on experience with Windows and tablet device configuration and troubleshooting.
* Working knowledge of Office 365 products and services.
* Knowledge of device security and antivirus programs.
* Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and guide users.
* Good customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
* Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware installation and setup.
