We’re looking for a talented Bids and Communications Assistant to join a forward-thinking architecture practice. In this role, you will assist with the preparation of bid submissions, manage communications, and contribute to the business development efforts of the firm. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a keen interest in architecture and a strong background in bid writing and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing, editing, and submitting bid proposals for potential projects.
2. Support the creation of compelling presentations, press releases, and communications materials.
3. Track potential bid opportunities and support media outreach efforts.
4. Maintain bid databases and ensure the timely submission of proposals.
5. Assist with the coordination of award submissions and client communications.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience in a similar bids/communications role, ideally within the architecture sector.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and strong writing skills.
3. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
