What you’ll do Running night audit using property management system (PMS) software Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques Processing wake-up call requests Checking in and checking out guests Answer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns Monitoring hotel and reporting any accidents or incidents to the manager Counting and securing the till at shift’s end Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management. Following End of Day procedures.
