Key Responsibilities:
* Lead procurement of works, services, and supplies
* Manage regulatory compliance and contract negotiations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Drive process improvements
* Monitor and refine supplier performance and risk management
Required Experience and Skills:
* Strong understanding of procurement strategies and processes
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
* Experience in the construction/engineering/building works sector is an advantage
* CIPS membership or working towards it
