ABOUT YOU
You must be dynamic and creative, able to promote and represent all our world-leading skincare and wellbeing brands using appropriate and engaging web development and web management skills and techniques, including B2B and D2C e-commerce websites.
You will need to be highly motivated and able to manage a portfolio of websites, using your experience with B2B and D2C websites to successfully expose our sophisticated brands to UK markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a critical role that requires someone with creative flare and the confidence to communicate new ideas and strategies. Excellent digital, web marketing and web development skills are required to promote our business and our brands professionally. This role encompasses the management of 8 websites, each with unique branding, messaging and targets. The successful candidate must be able to adapt and prioritise the needs of each site within our portfolio.
The role will be based at our head office in Weybridge, Surrey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· To be highly experienced and proficient in creating, developing and maintaining Shopify websites.
· To be capable of managing and developing multiple websites, including ecommerce websites, working within Shopify, WordPress, Magento and similar systems.
· To have experience working with Sparklayer and custom code with a view to improving current code and writing new code as required.
· To be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and experience using tools including Canva, Photoshop etc.
· To understand CRM packages such as Dot Digital.
· To have experience with Google Ads and SEO, ensuring all websites are effective and compliant.
· To be able to work alongside our marketing, web and design team to develop, improve our grow our online presence, conversions and success.
· To be able to manage content across multiple websites, representing multiple brands, working within their brand guidelines.
· To be able to understand and improve the customer journey with efficient and effective navigation.
· To be able to extract and present reports relating to digital marketing activity.
· To be prepared to assist with other marketing tasks as required.
· To have the ability to work quickly with great attention to detail.
· Contribute to sales and marketing meetings providing ideas for marketing campaigns, socials, strategies, etc – You must be confident to offer ideas and opinions in a group setting.
· To be able to think ahead, but also able to react and respond to buying trends as they occur.
· Knowledge of or an interest in the health, beauty and wellbeing sector would be beneficial but not essential.
· To conduct yourself for the benefit of the business, our suppliers, our clients and in support of other team members.
· To represent our business and all of our brands professionally and appropriately.
· To be prepared to travel to meetings and industry events.
· To be prepared to carry out tasks outside of your immediate job description when required for the overall benefit of the business.
· Possess exceptional organisation, time management and communication skills.
· To have a keen interest in the beauty and skincare sector.
