Remediation Administrator £17.00 per hour (PAYUE) Fareham (Onsite) 6 Month Contract HSBC is currently searching for a Remediation Administrator to join their team onsite in Fareham This role is based within the Wealth Operations sector of the bank and will be responsible for undertaking investigative and corrective work. Responsibilities: Take responsibility for a technical process within the team, learning and developing knowledge of existing processes The above should be completed whilst following necessary regulatory frameworks and internal guidelines and procedures Carry out calculations using a variety of existing methods, software and techniques in order to establish any necessary corrective action for impacted clients Undertake investigative work, using existing knowledge and processes alongside own initiative to resolve queries and challenges Communicate effectively with all colleagues within the team, as well as external stakeholders, in order to escalate issues, improve processes and co-ordinate effectively Work independently, manage your own workload and effectively communicate any concerns with their supervisor / immediate colleagues Experience Required: Previous project/operational experience in a financial services role Proficiency using advanced Microsoft Excel techniques Ability to work within strict deadlines Ability to work within a team Strong numeracy and literacy skills Knowledge of bank products, particularly Wealth products such as investments Existing knowledge of HSBC processes, regulations and controls.
