1. Demonstrating your passion for working with people and money, by taking ownership of customers' queries and see them through to a positive resolution.
2. Applying your knowledge to support our customers in an efficient and engaging way, so you will need a good telephone manner, coupled with excellent numeracy and administration skills
3. Having a very keen eye for detail as you will be handling landlord and tenant money on a daily basis.
4. Establishing and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues; demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and developing them further.
