Role Overview: As a 360 Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, specialising in connecting military service leavers with opportunities in Tech, Engineering, and Logistics. You will develop and grow your market, pitch Pivt Groups permanent product suite to clients, and play a key role in building our brand. Key Responsibilities: 360 Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for military service leavers, focusing on Tech, Engineering, Sales and Logistics sectors. Market Development: Identify and grow your market by leveraging your industry connections and expertise. Client Pitching: Present Pivt Groups permanent recruitment solutions to potential clients with confidence and professionalism. Creative Advertising: Collaborate on creating engaging job adverts that attract top talent. Brand Development: Enhance both your personal brand and Pivt Groups brand within the industry. Deal Negotiation: Handle negotiations with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements with professionalism and precision. Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and contacts to drive repeat business. Networking: Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to expand your connections and promote Pivt Group.
