It is essential that candidates have previous experience working within the Early Years sector and understand how to support and enhance a child’s development in the moment. Setting up activities will also be included within this role; therefore, knowledge of the curriculum will be needed to support the right candidate in linking these activities to developmental milestones and ensuring they are age-appropriate. Support will be given by the room leader to assist with this.
This role also requires candidates to be comfortable supporting children with personal care such as toileting, changing clothes, and changing nappies while promoting the child’s dignity and showing them respect.
Due to the flexibility of this post, the nursery cluster can accept varied availability.
If you believe you have the above attributes, please click ‘Apply Now’ and someone will be in contact to discuss the opportunities available. Please ensure to attach a copy of your CV to your application to be considered.
