We are currently recruiting an Administrator/Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client based in the Wednesbury area of the West Midlands. You will be working for a company that are a leading retail giant supplying technology, service and support to its customers.
Your role will consist of supporting colleagues within the business which will involve a range of administrational tasks that are vital to their business. You will also be communicating daily with customers over the telephone and on-line.
Duties to include: -
Completion of various administrative tasks
Assisting the wider team with queries or support as and when required
Communicating effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers and colleagues
You will need: -
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Previous administrational experience in a delivery/service role (call centre experience advantageous)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams etc)
A passion for customer service
To be able to work under pressure
Hours and Pay: -
£11.50 per hour. Hours are worked 7am through to 7pm on a 4 off 4 on rolling rota basis. Threfore weekend working is essential.
This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis and following completion of this period, the company will offer benefits to include: -
