Our client is a successful, well-established manufacturing & service company who service Building Maintenance Units, Cradles, Gantries and all other mechanical access equipment for working at height on high rise office buildings and shopping centres. We are looking to employ an experienced Service Contract Coordinator on a permanent basis, based at our client’s office on the Medway City Estate, Rochester, Kent as soon as possible. To be considered for this opportunity, you must ideally have your own transport due to the location of our client. Public transport to & from the estate is very limited. The purpose of this role is to use our Clik CRM system to schedule and coordinate engineers work appointments & client specifications required, in order to achieve clients highly demanding business objectives. Training will be given. Essentially, we are looking for a highly intelligent individual with a great deal of common sense who has excellent computer skills, a good knowledge & an understanding of different computer systems. You must have a high level of experience in dealing professionally with clients & customers, an excellent telephone manner, excellent administration skills & a high level of experience in dealing with invoices. Duties will include but will not be limited to: Service contract setup Scheduling work for clients using their Clik computer software Using their Clik CRM system to schedule and coordinate engineers work appointments & client specifications Client liaison Invoicing and purchase orders Programming & scheduling engineers service appointments Implement new job sheets Prepare client correspondence Ensure all administrative operations duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Produce job specific Risk assessments and method statements Person Specification You will have a working knowledge within a similar role and be able to execute operational tasks in a timely manner.
