Overview:
We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing and nurturing long-term partnerships with our drinks & hospitality clients and should be an advocate for driving project success.
We are looking for a talented professional with 1-2+ years agency experience in client management. Drinks and/or hospitality experience is a huge plus here. The ideal candidate is practiced in client management, working with long-term partners to develop clear & creative solutions to ambiguous business problems. Above all, as with all our roles it’s important you demonstrate a passion for the drinks & hospitality industries and an ability to work collaboratively and effectively.
This role will report to the Founder.

The Role:
Here are a few specifics on what you’ll be doing day to day at Pieno:
* Manage the portfolio of accounts and day to day client communication
* Project manage campaigns and projects across the full marketing mix, ensuring they are on brief from concept to delivery
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels
* Understand your client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs
* Work-flow management – liaising with internal and external creatives where needed to ensure work is planned in and delivered on time
* Generating accurate reports and status notifications
* Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
* Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
* Proof reading and copywriting
* New business development support and pitch/tender writing
