We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Telephone Account Manager to join our Retirement Solutions Distribution Team.

The role
Working with Financial Advisers to identify and secure profitable opportunities for the Standard Life Group, from a panel of Financial Adviser ('Adviser') firms. These opportunities will include our Individual Retirement Solutions Propositions.
The objective of the role is to increase business levels across all aspects of the investment proposition primarily through meeting virtually with financial advisers across a specified region.
What are we looking for?
1. Responsible for engaging, maintaining and developing Financial Adviser relationships through Telephone and Virtual Contact.
2. Responsible for production and delivery against business plans for aligned area to define strategic interventions to exceed national and business centre targets, identifying and exploiting local and regional opportunities for growth.
3. Responsible for achieving targeted business activity, including meeting targets, identifying business needs, explaining our value proposition, and following up within agreed timescales.
4. To deliver production of business plans for aligned area to define strategic interventions to exceed national and business centre targets across all Pension and Investment products, identifying and exploiting local and regional opportunities for growth.
5. To be able to analyse business plans and using panel and sales MI to drive actions and future direction, to inform and evolve business plans for short, medium and longer term.
6. High level knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices and able to articulate and present these.
7. Experience within a Telephony Business Development role with a demonstrable and successful track record ideally in Financial Services.
8. Good technical knowledge of financial services market and solutions.
