Key Responsibilities:
1. Generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base

5. Collaborating with the existing directors to steer the growth and direction of the company

Job Requirements:
1. Solid experience in town planning, with a deep understanding of the sector
2. Proven track record in generating and managing new business
3. Experience in a director-level role or as an associate director looking to step up
4. Strong leadership and management skills
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
