Role:
Empower Housing – Housing Manager
1. The Housing Manager will lead a small team ensuring the delivery of effective customer focussed housing management services ensuring tenants have a voice in shaping services.
2. You will ensure regulatory and legal compliance and continuous improvement in the standard of customer service and housing management across the organisation delivering high levels of tenant satisfaction and value for money services.

3. Professional Housing related qualification i.e. HNC in Housing / CIH level 3-4 or QBE and willing to work towards a qualification – E
4. At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within housing management in the social housing sector – E
5. Knowledge and understanding of the specialist social housing sector and the environment in which we operate – with an understanding of statutory services and commissioning – D
6. Proven experience of leading a high performing team within a challenging environment – E
7. Evidence of a commitment to excellent customer relations – E
8. Sound working knowledge of tenancy management legislation and the range of tools and powers available to Landlords in managing tenancies – E
9. Experience of key performance indicators producing clear reports and analysis – E
10. Full UK Driving Licence – E
