Purpose of the role As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for the build, execution, and ongoing management of PPC campaigns for a portfolio of customers. The winning candidate will be hugely enthusiastic about PPC and will be adept at partnering closely with customers, devising, and executing results-driven PPC strategies. Role & Responsibilities Proactively identify case study material, working with our brand marketing and communications team to create the documentation. Share your experience and knowledge with other members of the marketing services team Experience using ads platforms and Google Analytics to interpret data Create and optimise PPC campaigns using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms Using ads platforms and other tools available, provide data and insight to boost PPC performance Become your clients’ primary point of contact for their PPC needs, building strong working relationships Ability to present and explain PPC strategy, reasoning and solutions to your customers Adopt an innovative way of working, coming up with new ways and channels to enhance the performance of your clients’ PPC activity Identify areas of opportunity within your existing client base, to drive performance and deliver against department revenue targets Attend client status calls, monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews in which you will present campaign performance and recommendations, either face-to-face or remotely Ability to support new business pitches, presenting our PPC capabilities to new potential clients Generate strong working relationships with our GTM, customer success and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and minimise customer churn Actively research and keep up to date with marketing trends, with a specific focus on PPC Facilitate & embed any strategic objective(s) that may be requested by line management or directors of the business Skills / Knowledge & Experience 2 years experience in a PPC role, working with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Proven track record of delivering successful PPC campaigns to customers Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyse trends and make informed decisions Outstanding knowledge of digital marketing services including PPC, SEO and social media advertising Strong digital skills & proficient with Microsoft Office Experience using Google Analytics to interpret data Ability to demonstrate your expertise to customers and internal stakeholders, using data to support your ideas and recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively Ability to work autonomously where required to achieve the best results for our customers Comfortable simultaneously working across multiple customers and projects Why join us?
