Role Description
Kustom Clothing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Hitchin, Hertfordshire location. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of driving our business forward by identifying and securing new customer opportunities, nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting our diverse range of high-quality clothing services.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in the sales process, which includes prospecting, conducting sales calls, preparing detailed quotes, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with our in-house design team to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded, offering personalized, creative solutions for their custom clothing needs.
This position offers a mix of independence and teamwork, allowing you to take ownership of your accounts while collaborating with colleagues to meet and surpass sales targets. Your contribution will be vital in helping Kustom Clothing maintain its commitment to exceptional customer service, fast turnaround times, and high-quality products. We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong communication and negotiation skills to help us expand our reach and continue delivering top-notch services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and acquire new customers through outreach and networking
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
* Provide expert advice on our range of clothing services, including screen printing, embroidery, transfer, and digital printing
* Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales in line with company targets
* Collaborate with the design team to bring customer visions to life with free design services and visuals for approval
* Meet sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service and product solutions
* Maintain organized records of customer communications, sales activities, and progress in CRM tools
* Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings to provide the best possible recommendations to clients
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales and/or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the clothing or apparel industry
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
